Top Tip For Less Stress & More Joy

Recent lament from a coaching client about the long to do list this time of year is certainly echoed by many as a byproduct of the season.  So a timely reminder to let only what you love & enjoy best about the holidays be on your list.  Overwhelm leaves little energy for anything else!

Modify to simplify or eliminate as much as possible to allow more time for the Joy & Fun elements of the season!  Self-care rule #1: Tending to your own enjoyment results in a more joyful YOU which in turn generates more joy in others as well.

Action point: Pull out that list and start crossing off a few or several  perhaps traditional, but non-essential items.   There!  Was that a sigh of relief?
